Branch Manager
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage sales teams, and ensure achievement of business targets. The candidate will be responsible for branch profitability, customer acquisition, portfolio quality, team management, and operational compliance across Gold Loan and Retail Loan products.
Business & Sales Management
- Drive branch business targets for Gold Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Insurance, and other financial products.
- Increase customer acquisition through open market sourcing, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Monitor branch profitability, portfolio growth, and productivity metrics.
- Develop branch-level sales strategies to improve market penetration and revenue generation.
- Ensure achievement of monthly login, sanction, disbursement, and collection targets.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff and field sales teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and daily sales meetings.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, employee productivity, and discipline within the branch.
- Support hiring and onboarding of branch employees where required.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements.
- Monitor KYC, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Ensure safe custody and operational handling of pledged gold and customer documents.
- Handle branch audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, local connectors, and channel partners.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain customer retention and repeat business.
Collections & Portfolio Quality
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure healthy portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with collection teams for recovery and delinquency control.
