We are seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to build and manage corporate partnerships, lead a team of Corporate Relations Executives, and create placement opportunities for learners. The role focuses on corporate engagement, bulk hiring initiatives, company visits, interviews, and successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Corporate Relations Executives to achieve placement and corporate engagement targets.
• Develop and execute corporate outreach strategies to generate hiring opportunities, company visits, and bulk recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and corporate partners.
• Monitor team performance, lead generation, conversions, and overall productivity through regular reviews and training.
• Drive corporate partnerships, including MNC collaborations, to maximize placement opportunities for learners.
• Maintain MIS reports, track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement plans to achieve business objectives.
