We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Manager to oversee daily admissions operations, lead a team of Program Guides, and drive admission targets. The role includes managing leads and calls, monitoring team performance, ensuring process compliance, maintaining MIS reports, conducting training, and improving conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily admissions floor operations and lead a team of Program Guides.
- Monitor call quality, follow-ups, lead allocation, and admission conversions.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets while tracking team performance.
- Maintain MIS reports, CRM data accuracy, and lead management processes.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, counselling, sales techniques, and CRM usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and maximize productivity.
