As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
This is a Work From Office role based in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, with a 6-day working schedule. Female candidates will be assigned permanent day shifts, while male candidates will work in rotational shifts. Please note that cab facility is not provided for this role.
